By accessing or using the ZOD mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. These Terms govern your use of the app and the services provided through it. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use ZOD, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account on ZOD, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ZOD is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

ZOD allows users to participate in digital auctions using points. The rules for auctions, participation limits, and point usage may be updated from time to time.

By using the service, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent bidding or any behavior that disrupts the fairness of auctions
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app

4. Virtual Points and Auctions

• Points are required to join auctions and are either purchased or earned within the app
• All point transactions are final and non-refundable
• ZOD reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any auction at its discretion

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the ZOD app (including branding, interface elements, and images) is the intellectual property of ZOD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the app but do not guarantee that the app or its features will always be available. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful behavior.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at postmaster@zod.shop.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app, participation in auctions, or reliance on auction outcomes.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
